Use the service provider workspace
Overview
Provider employees use this workspace to process upstream work orders. A connected-service application shares approved business objects with the provider. Employees see permitted data and complete assignment or field service at the current process node.
Tasks depend on role. Provider dispatchers assign engineers, while provider engineers perform assigned on-site work. This article covers entry, task search, and next-step identification.
Before you begin
- The provider has a connected-organization account and portal. Your account has the Provider Dispatcher or Provider Engineer role.
- An upstream work order reached this provider or was assigned directly to you.
- Your connected role can list, view, and act on the required objects.
- Prepare the bound mobile number. Web supports WeChat QR or verification-code sign-in; WeChat requires account binding.
Procedure
Open the provider workspace
- On the web, open
http://jxs.fxiaoke.com/and sign in with WeChat or a mobile verification code. - In the ShareCRM App, sign in with the provider account and open Provider Portal from the bottom navigation.
- In the WeChat service account, open Provider Portal and bind your account when prompted.
- From the portal home or menu, open Provider Work Orders or another object available to your role.
Find and review a work order
- Open Provider Work Orders, or the customized menu that points to that list.
- Find a work order assigned to this provider or your account.
- Open the details and verify the customer, service content, process node, and assignment information.
- Confirm that your account owns the node. Do not replace process actions with ordinary field edits.
Process the task by role
| Role | When to act | Action | Result |
|---|---|---|---|
| Provider dispatcher | The order requires internal provider assignment | Select and assign a provider engineer | The order records assignment details and enters the engineer node |
| Provider engineer | The order has an assigned SOP or field service task | Complete the displayed business activity | The node completes or advances according to the process |
- As a provider dispatcher, select Assign Work Order, Assign Provider Engineer, or the equivalent action. Select an engineer and submit.
- As a provider engineer, open your assigned work order or SOP task. Complete and submit the displayed field service activity.
Action labels, candidate scope, fields, and required explanations depend on the connected process and permissions.
Verify the result
- Refresh the details and confirm that the current node completed or advanced.
- After assignment, verify the provider engineer and assignment information.
- After field service, confirm that the submitted task is no longer pending or that the next task appears.
Expected result
- You can open the portal from the web, ShareCRM App, or WeChat and see your permitted workspace menus.
- Provider Work Orders shows records routed to this provider.
- Provider dispatch updates assignment details and advances the connected process.
- Provider engineer submission advances or completes the work order as configured.
Troubleshooting
Provider Portal or Provider Work Orders is unavailable
Verify the provider account and mobile or WeChat binding. Ask the upstream administrator to check connected-role permissions and portal menus.
The work order list is empty
Confirm that the upstream process reached the provider and assigned this provider or engineer. Ask an administrator to check data scope and list permission.
Assignment or field service actions are unavailable
Actions appear only when the current role owns the current node. Check progress, automatic assignment, and your provider role.
You can see the list but cannot open details
The role needs both list and detail permissions. Ask an administrator to check View Details and the business type's details layout.
