Before you begin
- The service provider portal has been opened and available service provider personnel accounts have been created.
- The service provider roles allowed to be accessed by each channel have been determined.
- When configuring a WeChat Official Account, prepare a certified service account and ensure that the CRM administrator and official account administrator can cooperate with the authorization.
- The service provider portal homepage and menu planning have been completed.
Configure WeChat Official Account
1. Bind WeChat Official Account
- Use the CRM administrator account to enter Management > Connected Management > WeChat Official Account.
- Click Connect to WeChat official account.
- Click WeChat Official Account Authorization on the docking page.
- Authorization is completed by the Official Account administrator on the WeChat public platform.
- Return to the docking page to check the Official Account information and click Create.
Subscription accounts or uncertified service accounts are not supported.
2. Configure the service provider portal menu
- Open the custom menu settings for the bound Official Account.
- Create or edit the service provider portal and set the menu response to Connect Application.
- Select Service Provider Portal, and then select the application homepage, service provider work order or account binding portal according to the purpose.
- Save and publish the menu.
- Use the test service provider account to enter the official account, complete the mobile phone number matching or account binding, and check the menu.
If the end user also needs to submit a work order from WeChat, he should use another WeChat Official Account. It is not recommended that the service provider and the end user share the same official account.
Configure web channels
- Enter Connected Management > Channel Navigation > Channel Web Navigation.
- Add or edit navigation template.
- Add the service provider roles that need to use the web portal to the applicable scope.
- Place Service Portal into the main navigation application.
- Configure the menu that actually needs to be displayed in the service provider portal application.
- With the test account, open the service provider web sign-in page. Sign in with the bound WeChat QR code or a mobile-number verification code.
Configure Fenxiang App channel
- Go to Connected Management > Channel Navigation and add or edit the navigation template used by the service provider.
- Add the service provider role that needs to use Fenxiang App to the applicable scope.
- Put the Service Portal into the main navigation application and configure the mobile menu in the service provider portal.
- Log in to Fenxiang App using your service provider account.
- Select Service Provider Portal in the bottom navigation and check its home page and business menu. Avoid opening work orders indirectly from a parallel channel or agent portal. If required, configure that application's objects and permissions separately.
Expected results and verification
- The WeChat Official Account menu can open the service provider portal and enter the home page, work order or account binding page according to the configuration.
- Web service providers can log in through WeChat scan code or mobile phone number verification code, and see the navigation applicable to the role.
- Fenxiang App users can navigate to the service provider portal from the bottom.
- Roles that are not within the applicable scope of the navigation template will not obtain the corresponding channel entrance.

Check whether the menu response is Connect Application, whether the application selects Service Provider Portal, and confirm that the menu has been saved and published.

Notes
- A service provider user's mobile number must match the connected-user account.
- Configure WeChat, web, and the Fenxiang App separately. A working entry in one channel does not verify the others.
- Adjusting the applicable scope of the navigation template will directly affect whether the corresponding character can see the entrance.
