Submit a work order
Submit a work order for direct intake and service by the organization.
Overview
Submit through a WeChat service account, mini program, H5 page, standalone web portal, or equipment code. The work order enters the configured intake, dispatch, and field service process.
Before you begin
- Obtain a valid end-user submission entry.
- Sign in, unless guest submission is allowed.
- Prepare the problem, customer or contact details, phone number, and requested service information.
Available entries

Submit from the service portal
- Open the organization's WeChat, mini program, H5 page, or web portal.
- Select Submit Work Order or Work Orders.
- Enter the problem, contact, phone number, and other displayed fields.
- If prompted, select the matching business type.
- Verify the customer, contact, equipment, and service address.
- Select Submit.
- Record the work order number or other query information.
Submit with an equipment code
- Scan the code attached to the equipment.
- Verify the equipment information.
- Enter the problem, contact details, and other required information.
- Select Submit.
- Record the work order information.
Expected result
- The system creates a work order and enters the configured intake process.
- The work order retains the submitted person, problem, contact, and equipment information.
- If enabled, the submitter receives a notification.
Troubleshooting
The submission entry is unavailable
Use a valid entry published by the organization. The standalone web portal appears only when the limited-release feature is enabled.
The result does not show a work order number
Check for a success message, then use the organization's work order query entry. Contact the service team if you cannot confirm submission.
Notes
- Fields and requirements depend on configuration.
- Do not submit the same problem more than once.
- Email conversion and external integrations are outside this procedure.
