Use the parts store

Overview

End users, service provider users, and ordering staff can buy parts or value-added services from the parts store. End users use the customer portal. Service providers use their portal, and ordering staff switch to the parts store application on the web.

Your organization configures the products, prices, payment methods, menu names, and order fields. Screenshots and examples do not define fixed values.

Before you begin

  • The administrator has enabled the accessories mall and opened the entrance in the portal or interconnected role used by the current account.
  • The current account can log in to the customer service portal, service provider portal or web-side interconnection application normally.
  • Prepare the shipping address and information required for the company to place an order; whether the page requires payment and which payment methods are provided are subject to the company's configuration.
  • If you need to select accessories based on the exploded view, the administrator has released the Complete Machine Options component and completed the sales BOM and part number mapping.

End users purchase parts

  1. Open the customer portal. Select Parts Store under Self-Service or Enterprise Configuration.
  2. Find the accessories or value-added services you need in the mall by category, search, or page recommendations, and open the product details to check the name, specifications, price, and applicable information.
  3. Select the specification and quantity, and add the product to the shopping cart; if the page provides a direct entry for ordering, you can also follow the page prompts to enter the order confirmation.
  4. Check the delivery address, order products, quantity, amount and discount information on the order confirmation page.
  5. If the page requires payment, select the payment method provided by the company, and then click Submit.
  6. After submitting, enter the order portal of the mall to check the order status and logistics information.

End users can purchase independently according to the maintenance plan. Whether to pay immediately after submitting an order, which payment methods are supported, and subsequent fulfillment status are all determined by the enterprise's mall and order configuration.

Service provider users purchase parts

  1. Open the service provider portal and select Parts Store under Inventory Management.
  2. Search for accessories in the mall using product classification, price, category, packaging, brand, or other filters provided by the company.
  3. Open the target product; for products with multiple specifications, click Select Specifications first, then select the quantity and add it to the shopping cart.
  4. Open the shopping cart and check the accessories, specifications, quantity, price and delivery information.
  5. Submit the order as required on the page; when payment is required, use the payment method configured by the enterprise to complete subsequent operations.
  6. Check the order and logistics progress at the order portal of the mall.

The parts store supports service provider purchasing. It does not replace material issue, personal inventory, or work order consumption in Service Pass. After parts arrive, follow your organization's receipt, inventory, and consumption process.

Web ordering staff purchase parts

  1. Log in to the web client and select Accessories Mall in the application switching area.
  2. Browse, search and filter accessories in the left mall menu or product page.
  3. Open the product details, select the specifications and quantity, and add the product to the shopping cart.
  4. Check the order content in the shopping cart and submit the order as required on the page.
  5. View submitted orders from Sales Order or the mall order portal.

If there is no accessory mall in the application switching area, it means that the current account has not obtained the Internet application, or the role permissions do not include the business objects required by the accessory mall, and you need to contact the administrator for processing.

Select parts from an equipment exploded view

  1. Click Machine Optional Accessories in the accessories mall, or click Select Accessories on the complete machine product that supports this capability.
  2. Open the exploded diagram of the target machine and use the component locations and numbers in the diagram to locate the components that need to be replaced.
  3. Click on the component in the exploded diagram to view the adapting accessories associated with the system; you can also select the product in the accessories list and confirm the highlighted position in the diagram.
  4. Check the required accessories and fill in the quantity, and click Add to Cart.
  5. Return to the shopping cart, check the specifications, quantity and price of the complete machine and accessories and submit according to the normal ordering process.

The complete machine options depend on the exploded diagram and sales BOM drawing number mapping configured by the administrator. When the page does not display the entrance, the number in the picture is not associated with a product, or the matching accessory cannot be found, you should contact the administrator to check the relevant configuration. Do not judge whether the accessory is compatible based on appearance alone.

Expected results and verification

  • The current account can enter the parts store from the applicable portal or web application.
  • The store shows only the products, categories, prices, and menus configured for the current access scope.
  • Adding to the shopping cart only saves the content to be purchased; after clicking Submit on the order page, the order will enter subsequent sales and fulfillment processing.
  • Submitted orders can be viewed from the company's open order portal, and order status and logistics information can be tracked.
  • When the machine options have been configured, you can locate the associated accessories from the exploded view components and add them to the shopping cart.

Notes

  • Accessories mall information indicates that it is suitable for Web, App and third-party H5; independent downstream malls do not have public mini programs, and mobile terminal entrances are usually provided through H5, WeChat service accounts or Fenxiang App.
  • The customer service portal and the service provider portal have different menu locations. Do not look for the entry in another role's portal.
  • Product range, price, offer, payment method and order fields are configured by the enterprise, and the content in the screenshot is only used to illustrate the operation location.
  • Add to shopping cart does not mean submitting an order; confirm whether submit and the payment operations required by the page have been completed before leaving the page.
  • The optional accessories of the whole machine are used to assist in positioning and adapting accessories. The actual range available for sale is still controlled by the mall's product range and authority.

FAQ

Cannot find the accessory mall entrance

Confirm that you signed in to the correct portal or web application. End users use the customer portal. Service provider users select Inventory Management in their portal. Web ordering staff use the application switcher. Ask an administrator to check the portal view and role permissions if the entry point remains unavailable.

Can enter the mall but cannot see the required products

The product might be outside the store's product scope, or your role might lack access to its category, product, or price list. Give an administrator the product name and entry point so they can check scope and permissions.

No results for machine options

Contact the administrator to check whether the complete machine option components have been released, whether the exploded view has been configured, and whether the drawing number of the sales BOM correctly corresponds to the exploded view part number.
