Register, sign in, and open the service portal
Open your organization's end-user service portal through WeChat, H5, or the web.
Overview
You can sign in with an existing connected-user account, register through an enabled self-registration process, or use public features as a guest.
Before you begin
- Obtain the organization's WeChat service account, mini program, H5 link, or web portal entry.
- If you have an account, prepare its bound mobile number.
- If registration is required, prepare the requested customer and contact information.
Sign in with an existing account
- Open the organization's WeChat menu, mini program, H5 link, or web portal.
- Select Sign In, or open a feature that requires authentication.
- Enter your mobile number and request a verification code.
- Enter the code to sign in.
- Select a service feature from the portal home page.
Register an end-user account
- On the portal sign-in page, select Register or the equivalent entry.
- Enter your mobile number, customer, contact, and other requested information.
- Request and enter the SMS verification code.
- Submit the registration.
- Return to the portal and sign in with the new account.
Use guest access
If guest access is enabled, open a public portal feature directly. Guests can use only the data and actions made public by the organization.
Expected result
- After sign-in, the portal displays services available to your account.
- After registration, your permissions can allow requests, work orders, and query features.
- Guest access displays only features that do not require registration.
Troubleshooting
You did not receive the verification code
Check the mobile number and network connection. Contact the organization's service team if the issue continues.
A feature is unavailable after sign-in
Roles and data permissions control feature visibility. Ask the service team to verify your account access.
Notes
- Registration fields, sign-in methods, and menus vary by organization.
- Do not use another person's mobile number or account for requests, work orders, or reviews.
