Service data dashboard overview
Overview
The service data dashboard brings operational status and performance metrics into one view. It covers work orders, customers, service resources, and performance results.
Applicable scenarios
- The service status overview is suitable for viewing today's new, pending, and completed work orders, as well as the distribution of customers, engineers, and service providers.
- Service performance analysis is suitable for comparing work order timeliness, completion time, satisfaction, revenue, number of engineers and spare parts consumption.
Core concepts
| Dashboard | Questions it answers | Main configuration |
|---|---|---|
| Service status overview | How many customers, engineers, service providers and backlog work orders are there currently? Where are the work orders located? | Main title, subtitle, China map/world map |
| Service performance analysis | What is the timeliness of work orders, completion time, satisfaction, and the efficiency of each organization? | Main title, subtitle, and field service work order business types included in statistics |
Before you begin
- An administrator must enable Service Data Dashboard in Service Pass > System Settings > Business Plugins. The two dashboards then appear under Data Analysis.
- Before viewing performance analysis, the administrator needs to specify the field service work order business types to be included in the statistics in the basic settings; work orders that are not included will not be included in the relevant indicators.
- If you cannot see an entry, ask an administrator to verify the plug-in status and your permissions.
Configuration points
Service status overview
In the dashboard settings, open Service Status Overview.
- Set the dashboard title and subtitle.
- Set World Map for the required geographic scope. Turn it off to show China or on to show global work order and engineer distribution.
Service performance analysis
Open the Service Performance Analysis column on the same basic settings page:
- Set the dashboard title and subtitle.
- Set the field service work order business types included in statistics. This choice will affect indicators such as work order proportion, timeliness, completion time, satisfaction, and organizational ranking.
Data refresh and restriction
The original indicator table of the service status overview is marked with the refresh period:
| Data area | Refresh cycle |
|---|---|
| Total indicators, service accounts, service engineers, outsourced service providers, today's work, workload trends, and latest work orders | Every 3 minutes |
| Service work distribution rotation (Work Order -> Engineer) | Every 30 minutes |
| Service workload trend time range | Backend configuration, default is the last 7 days; when the time range is longer, the horizontal axis automatically displays by week, month or quarter |
The source does not define one refresh cycle for service performance analysis. Use the timestamp or current values shown on the page.
These dashboards don't support custom theme colors, groupings, or metrics. Use the data cockpit when you need a custom dashboard.
