Use the end-user query tool ​

Search equipment and business data made available to end users by keyword or barcode.

Overview ​

Open the query tool from the service portal or WeChat menu. Search available data with text or a barcode and review result details.

Before you begin ​

  • The organization provides a Query Tool entry in the portal or WeChat menu.
  • Prepare the keyword, equipment number, or barcode.
  • Your account can view result details. Guests see only public data.

Procedure ​

  1. From the portal home page or WeChat menu, open Query Tool.
  2. Choose manual entry or barcode scanning.
  3. Enter a keyword or scan the equipment barcode.
  4. Select Search.
  5. Select a record from the results.
  6. Review details available to your account.

Expected result ​

  • The page lists matching results.
  • Results show summary information made available to end users.
  • The system checks your data access before opening details.

Troubleshooting ​

The search returns no records ​

Verify the keyword or barcode. Objects, fields, and data that the organization has not shared do not appear.

You can see a result but cannot open its details ​

List and detail access can differ. Ask the organization's service team to verify your detail permission.

Notes ​

  • Your organization controls result limits, displayed fields, and searchable objects.
  • Do not use another person's barcode or query data to access unrelated information.
