Configure the parts store
Enable and configure the parts store.
Overview
Enable the parts store, and then configure its content, access permissions, and portal entry points. You can support the customer portal, service provider portal, mobile ordering, web ordering, or any combination.
If you need to select adapting accessories based on the exploded view of the complete machine, you must also configure CPQ, sales BOM, OCR identification resources and "complete machine options" components. This part has many dependencies and should be enabled after the basic mall can order normally.
Before you begin
- The enterprise has purchased the Ordering Pass application; this is the prerequisite for enabling the accessories mall in the Service Pass.
- Use an administrator account that can access the Service Pass system settings, portal configuration and Order Pass management backend.
- Prepare part categories, products, prices, product images, and availability scopes.
- Access objects have been determined: end users, service provider personnel, web-side ordering personnel, or some of these roles.
- If you need to use the complete machine options, prepare the sales BOM and product explosion diagram, and confirm that you have purchased the OCR text recognition resource package-universal recognition type (high-precision position).
1. Enable accessories mall
- Go to Service Pass > System Settings > Configuration Overview > Business Plugins > Parts Store.
- After confirming that the enterprise has purchased the Ordering Express application, click Activate Now.
- After the activation is completed, confirm that the Accessories Mall card is displayed as enabled, and check the system's default Accessories Mall interconnected application.
Enabling the parts store does not expose it to end users or service providers. Configure store content, role permissions, and each portal view separately.
2. Configure store content and mobile views
- Click Settings in the accessory mall plug-in or the default Internet application to enter the accessory mall management configuration.
- Configure the accessories mall’s own homepage and navigation menu, and do not share the display structure with the finished product mall.
- Configure the product range, for example, only display categories and products related to accessories.
- Edit the mobile application view and configure the mobile homepage, menu entrance and product components.
- After the configuration is completed, click Save; if you enter the mall decoration page and modify a published page, click Publish according to the page process.
The functions of the accessories mall are the same as those of the ordering channel, but the home page, navigation, product range and mall decoration can be set independently, thereby separating the ordering of finished products from the ordering of accessories.
3. Configure role permissions and Web ordering
- Enter the role permission configuration of the accessory mall interconnection application and select the role of the orderer who needs to use the mall.
- Add Accessories Mall to the available applications of this role, and configure permissions for business objects such as shopping carts, price lists, and sales orders according to corporate responsibilities.
- Save the permission configuration.
- Use the test account of the character to log in to the web side, confirm that you can see it in the application switching area and enter the Accessories Mall.
Only ordering personnel who are assigned the accessory mall interconnection application and corresponding business permissions can switch application ordering through the web side. Do not use administrator rights directly as the daily rights of downstream ordering personnel.
4. Add accessories mall in customer service portal
- Enter Service Pass > System Settings > Customer Service Portal > Mobile View.
- Find the view used by the end user and click Edit to enter the page configuration.
- In the menu entry component, select Parts Store and add it to the area visible to end users.
- After adjusting the menu name and position, click Save.
- Use the end user account to open the customer service portal and confirm that you can see and enter the accessories mall.
The visibility of menus in the Customer Service Portal depends on the scope and end-user permissions of the edited view. The products, prices and payment methods displayed in the mall are still controlled by the accessories mall and ordering channel configuration.
5. Add accessories mall in service provider portal
- Enter Service Pass > System Settings > Service Provider Portal > Mobile Application View.
- Find the view used by the service provider and click Edit.
- Select Accessories Mall in the page configuration and drag the menu into the Inventory Management menu group.
- Click Save after adjusting the position.
- Use the service provider account to open the service provider portal and confirm that the Inventory Management area displays the accessory mall entrance.
The customer service portal and the service provider portal are two independent sets of views. Only saving the menu in one of the portals will not automatically add the accessories mall to the other portal.
6. Configure machine options
Enable dependency capabilities
- Confirm that the enterprise has activated the CPQ configuration capability and purchased the OCR text recognition resource package-universal recognition type (high-precision position).
- Enter CPQ Configuration in the management background and turn on Exploded Chart Quotation.
- Confirm that the company really needs this capability before enabling it; the page prompts Once the exploded chart quotation is enabled, it cannot be deactivated.
Configure Sales BOM Exploded View
- Open the sales BOM used for part purchases.
- Click Configure Exploded Chart in the upper right corner of the details page to enter the exploded chart configuration page.
- Upload or select product explosion pictures. When the OCR recognition times are sufficient, the system automatically recognizes the part number in the picture.
- In the Drawing Number field of the Sales BOM list on the left, select the corresponding exploded drawing part number for each accessory.
- Check the correspondence between the numbers in the picture and the sales BOM accessories, and click Save and Exit.
Add components to the mall page
- Enter the accessories mall page decoration or page designer.
- Select Machine Optional Accessories in the accessories mall component and add the component to the mall page.
- Configure the product display, price fields and other visible content associated with the component.
- After saving the page, click Publish to enable downstream users to use the machine options portal.
After the configuration is completed, dealers or end users can click Complete Machine Options in the mall to view the exploded view of the product and select adapting accessories based on the location of the components.

Notes
- The accessories mall has been published on the entire network, and the information indicates that it is suitable for Web, App and third-party H5; the independent downstream mall does not have public mini programs. It is recommended to use it in conjunction with the WeChat service account or Fenxiang App.
- The product range, price, payment method and order fields come from the mall and ordering exchange configuration. Do not use the products or prices in the example screenshots as fixed values.
- When the OCR recognition times are insufficient, the system cannot automatically identify the exploded view part number according to the data description.
- Exploded Picture Quotation The page clearly prompts that it cannot be deactivated after activation, and business confirmation should be completed before activation.
- The data does not explain how to close or roll back the accessories mall plug-in, and this guide does not provide unverified undoing steps.
